Scandia Bible Church started in 1925 when farmers in Scandia valley desired to have a church presence in their community. These farmers donated land and took the community center they had built years before and moved it by rolling it on logs and pulling it with tractors and teams of horses to its present location.

The church continues as a lighthouse of the Gospel after nearly 95 years. Our doctrine is distinctively and confessionally reformed, holding to both the 1st and 2nd London Baptist Confessions of 1644/46 and 1689.
