Our calling as believers is clear: “Glory in His holy name; Let the hearts of those rejoice who seek the LORD!” (Ps. 105:3).
But just what is God’s glory—and how do we show it, practically, in our day-to-day lives?
Join us at Ridgecrest as we examine “The Chief End of Man.”
The goal of the conference is to explain how we fulfill our purpose, so well summarized by the Westminster Shorter Catechism: “the chief end of many is to glorify God and enjoy Him forever.”
At this 3-day event, you’ll learn how to glorify God:
This, and much more!
The Apostle Paul declares that “whatever you do, do all to the glory of God” (1 Cor. 10:31).
Join us at Ridgecrest and get equipped for this holy mission.
We’re engaged in a vicious war. At every turn, we’re faced with evil attempts to redefine God’s glory in man’s own image (Rom. 1:18-32).
Yet we must glorify God as God; He will have no rivals (Isa. 42:8). We must bow the knee to Christ’s perfect Word and exalt how He defines Himself and reality—not advance some skewed vision of God that we foolishly cook up or embrace.
In the name of glorifying God, we must glorify Him alone, not ourselves:
“Not unto us, O LORD, not unto us, But to Your name give glory, Because of Your mercy, Because of Your truth.” (Ps. 115:1)
The “Chief End of Man” Conference is committed to this principle—to declare the sufficiency of Scripture in defining what God’s glory is.
Here’s the good news—God’s glory is unstoppable!
One day it will appear, unmistakably, before all: “For the earth will be filled with the knowledge of the glory of the LORD, as the waters cover the sea” (Hab. 2:14).
We hope to see you this May as we proclaim this joyous truth.
