MONEY AND FINANCE (Personal)

We are all called as God’s stewards to wisely manage what God has entrusted to our care. God owns everything, this is His world, He created it, He owns it, therefore, you have responsibilities toward Him.

Every one of us has been given a certain amount of money, abilities, and resources entrusted to us by God to use for His glory. (1 Cor. 10:31)

Your stewardship is very important to God.

Are you using the wealth God has given you to create more wealth like the faithful servants in Matthew 25, or burying it like the slothful servant?

Come learn some of the financial principals that were taught to me and my siblings by my father. He was a very successful entrepreneur and businessman.

Almost every night at the dinner table he would teach us about money, finance and investing.

I want to help you take control of your finances by learning the basics of money management and investment.

INVESTING IN REAL ESTATE (Business)

Investing in rental property is one of the most time-tested ways to build wealth. It is also one best uses of your time and money. That’s why my brother and I went into the real estate business in 1975. At one time we owned over 1600 rental units.

The basic idea of rental property is that it provides you with both a monthly profit and at the same time you are gradually paying down the mortgage.

Owning rental property is a great way to provide your family with some financial security.

So, how do you get started in buying and owning rental property?

Come and listen as I share some of the do’s and don’ts of investing in rental property from the things I have learned over the past 48 years.

I’ve known Jim for many years. He is a wonderful brother and a remarkable entrepreneur. His presentation is his ministry to the saints. He does not charge for his presentation and does not offer anything for sale or ask for anything from anyone. His sole motivation in this seminar is to encourage and equip Christian families to be wise stewards of the resources God has entrusted them with by sharing the things he has learned over his decades in real estate. The seminar is free and lunch will be provided onsite.
