How important is the reformation of the family?

Dennis Gunderson explains in this video that the reformation of the family is incredibly important. A church can be only as strong as the individual homes that make up the church.

Unless husbands and wives are studying what their roles and responsibilities are, they will never begin to emulate the relationship between Christ and the Church.

Ephesians 5:25-26 (NKJV) - "Husbands, love your wives, just as Christ also loved the church and gave Himself for her, that He might sanctify and cleanse her with the washing of water by the word."

What's the importance of family reformation? Well, I think that our churches can only be as strong as the individual homes that make them up. And unless husbands and wives are biblically studying what their roles are to be and how they are to faithfully carry out those roles before God, according to the scriptures, They'll never begin to emulate or in any way duplicate the relationship between Christ and the church that they're meant to be.
