What does the homosexual movement today indicate?

Kevin Swanson explains in this video that the homosexual movement today is an indication of deeper problems. It is an indication of sin but also of judgment upon a nation. We are seeing a destruction of sexuality. It is an indication that something has gone terribly wrong.

As pastors, fathers, and mothers who are concerned about this issue, we must call for a crying out to God for mercy upon us. We are seeing a breakdown of the Gospel.

Hebrews 3:12-13 (NKJV) - "Beware, brethren, lest there be in any of you an evil heart of unbelief in departing from the living God; but exhort one another daily, while it is called “Today,” lest any of you be hardened through the deceitfulness of sin."

The homosexual movement in America is an indication of deeper problems. It's an indication of sin but also it's an indication of an effect or a judgment upon creation. What we're seeing is a destruction of sexuality. It's not just a perversion of it, it's also a destruction of sexuality. And it's an indication that something is terribly wrong.

Something has gone wrong with our family life. Something has gone terribly wrong with sexuality. And as pastors, as leaders, as fathers and mothers concerned about this issue, we need to call for days of prayer and fasting. There needs to be across this nation a time of crying out to God for His mercy upon us, and upon our churches and our communities. What we're seeing is a breakdown of the gospel first.

There isn't a sense of the power of the gospel in the churches as there should be. There isn't a sense that Jesus has come to set the captives free. So we see this in Christian evangelical churches who are claiming that The evangelical world can embrace the LGBT Christian and retain the label. That's assuming that Jesus isn't capable of setting the Catholic spirit. Jesus isn't capable of realigning our identity, our sexual orientations.

Jesus just is too powerless to save us from our sins. That's the conclusion of a huge percentage of American evangelicals. They think that God can forgive our sins, but he doesn't have the power to overcome our sins.
