What do we mean when we talk about the glory of Christ?

Paul Thompson explains in this video that when he thinks of the glory of Christ, the word "glory" puts a thing or a person in a totally separate category than everybody else. 

Glory shows that there is a significant accomplishment that one has accomplished for another. Christ has taken on the sin of man. He did what we could not do.

John 1:14 (NKJV) – “And the Word became flesh and dwelt among us, and we beheld His glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father, full of grace and truth.”

Yeah, so when I think of the glory of Jesus Christ, by definition alone, glory puts a thing or a person in a totally separate category than everybody else. And so to think of the glory of Jesus Christ in relationship to who he is and to who we are, completely different and completely set apart. Glory shows that there is a significant accomplishment again that someone or something has accomplished for another especially in this respect for the sin of men and the glory of God where Christ has taken on the sin of men. That's a great accomplishment to do something that man could not do for himself and so Christ takes that glory by taking our sin and doing that which we could not ever accomplish.
