Are there multiple ways to be saved?

Cary Green explains in this video that Christ is the door. There is no other way that people can be saved. He is the only way to God and there is no other way in. Acts 4:12 states that "Nor is there salvation in any other, for there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved."

In short, there is no man-made religion or ideas that can grant us salvation. However, many unsaved people tend to see God how they want to see Him. There is no other way to salvation. 

John 14:5-6 (NKJV) – “Thomas said to Him, “Lord, we do not know where You are going, and how can we know the way? Jesus said to him, ‘I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me.’” 

So the third I AM statement I found in the Gospel of John, which again gives us insight into his deity, into why he came, is John 10. He says, I am the door. Once again, there is salvation and no other name, no other name according to Acts 4.12, has been given among men by which we must be saved. He is the door, He is the only way to God. There is no other.

We have no other options left to us. No man-made religion, no ideas in our own thoughts, in our heads of how we think we should come to God, really today is inundated with people having made up their own God. My God would never send people to hell. My God is a loving God, a kind God. He wants people happy.

We need to allow God to reveal Himself to us, not that we would make a God in our own image. And so when we don't allow the I AM statement, specifically this one, I am the door to be the entrance into how we come to God. Then we will by nature make up our own God. There is no other way, and we will always worship something.
