Curt Daniels explains in this video that true revival always brings about repentance. It will bring about a change in how we live, what we say, and how we act. On the other hand, revival that is not authentic will not bring about lasting, true change. Just like we can see the fruit of a truly regenerated person, the same idea applies to revival.

False revival does not include repentance. True revival always does. Same thing with individual salvation. True salvation always includes repentance, but there's counterfeits of that. So true revival, just like true salvation, includes repentance and will produce a change outwardly.

And what we say, the way we live things we do things we don't do and that would fall into the category of Reformation.
