What the church needs right now more than anything else is a foundation of repentant leaders and repentant people. We have bought the lie of the world in so many ways. Our churches don't look like churches, they don’t sound like churches and we're afraid of teaching the scriptures. If our foundation is repentance then we need to come out of our carnality and go back to what God has ordained in the church.

I think what the church needs right now more than anything else, if we lay as a foundation repentant leaders and repentant people, I think we just need to come out of our carnality. I think if our if our foundation is repentance just like in the in the home, I think because I don't want to be redundant I do want to give this principle I think we need to come out of our carnality. I think we have just really bought the lives of the world in so many ways. Our churches don't look like churches. They don't sound like churches.

And we're afraid of the scriptures. We're much too interested in what tickles the ear and what fills the pew. And I think we need to trust God again to get back to the word of God, to preach it, and to build everything in the church based on what God has ordained.
