Mala Chindongo explains in this video that when individuals spread gossip or slander about others in the church, those people should fear God's punishment. God loves those individuals and consequently will discipline individuals who sin. God has also given us commandments in the Bible regarding how to go about responding to an individual who is involved in sin.

Ephesians 4:29 (NKJV) – “Let no corrupt word proceed out of your mouth, but what is good for necessary edification, that it may impart grace to the hearers.”

People in the church who are going around gossiping, surrendering others, sowing seeds of discord in the church. People like that should be afraid because God loves those people. And God also in his wisdom has laid out principles and given us commands in the Bible, how to go about the sin of a brother or a sister. Or even if a pastor is sinning, how do we go about that? God has given us clear commands on how to go about it.

And to go around and surrendering and gossiping about others, God has always dealt with that. He's always punished people like that in the church.
