Worship is something that happens as a response of a face-to-face encounter with the true and living God. A worship service is not necessarily worship, it just creates a context for worship. It gives you an opportunity for worship.

Either worship is going to happen or it's not going to happen in a worship service. The big question is whether or not somebody will be confronted with the true and living God in his nature and work, fall on his face, and give true adoration, thanksgiving, and worship to the true and living God.
