In this brief interview, hosted by Scott Brown, we learn of the biblical way of shepherding the Church of Christ. 

While the Lord has seen fit in his sovereignty to deliver over to the elders of Antioch Baptist Church, of which you're an elder, a whole church full of young men who've just recently been converted. So how do you shepherd that kind of a flock? Yeah, thank you. You know, I've read several books on shepherding a church like that and people have talked to me and suggested a number of things to do, but you know all that stuff, a lot of that stuff don't work you know we're committed to preaching through the Bible through chapters of the Bible one verse at a time and and wait and see the Lord demonstrate His faithfulness toward His Word.
