What is one way that Christian beliefs and values are under attack today?

Dr. Carlton McLeod explains in this video that the essence of paganism is to wage war against the glory of God. Today, one way we can see this is by Satan working to blur the distinctions between male and female. So often, we see this tactic pushed by modern media.

God created men and women different and distinct, each having their own God-created characteristics and roles.  Despite pressures from the world,  we cannot water down the Gospel. We cannot shrink away from declaring what is true and right. 

Matthew 5:13 (NKJV) - "You are the salt of the earth; but if the salt loses its flavor, how shall it be seasoned? It is then good for nothing but to be thrown out and trampled underfoot by men."

Well, the essence of culture, the essence of paganism is to wage war against the glory of God. But particularly in our day, I think Satan is working hard to overthrow the distinctions between male and female. I think it's hard to watch the news or consume any kind of news at any point and not see the the overthrow of or the attempted overthrow of the beauty of the distinctions that God designed when he made Adam and Eve. And so I think the the LGBTQ plus movement, the transgenderism movement in particular at this current juncture is waging quite a war against the glory of God. God is glorified in his creation.

As he designed it, He made male and He made female. And that's beautiful. It's beautiful that men are masculine and leadership oriented and driven. It's beautiful that women are soft and chaste and feminine. And anything that mitigates against that mitigates against the glory of God.

And so as we see more men desiring to be feminine and more women desiring to be masculine, as we see people undergo surgeries and as we see the brutal kind of nature of the rhetoric coming from these camps, one can't help but cry out to God for repentance and revival and reformation. These things are ugly in the sight of God. They work powerfully to mitigate against the glory of God, and we Christians should preach the gospel and make disciples and fight against these things with everything that we have.
