In the sermon 'Occupy Till I Come' by Robert Bosley, the central theme is the unwavering duty of believers to fulfill God's work regardless of their circumstances. The sermon emphasizes the constancy of Christian duties, such as preaching the gospel, making disciples, and living as lights in the world, irrespective of whether times are good or bad, or under Christian or pagan governance. It highlights the believers' role as ambassadors of Christ, tasked with spreading the message of repentance and recognizing God's supreme authority over all. This notion of 'occupying' is likened to the Apostle Paul's exhortation to Timothy to preach the gospel 'in season and out of season,' meaning consistently and persistently, regardless of convenience or timing.

The idea seems to be, regardless of what circumstance you're in, do the work I've called you to do. Good times, bad times, Christian government, pagan government, the commands that we're given to obey don't really change. We're still called to be about the Lord's business, having families, raising them, preaching the gospel, making disciples, living in the society that we've been placed in and trying to be a light and bring the the light of the gospel to bear on our families, in our cities, our country, all over the world. Regardless of what circumstance we're in, We're to preach the gospel and tell people, hey, you have a higher authority that you are to obey. God commands all people everywhere to repent in Babylon, in America, in Iran, Israel, everywhere.

No matter what kind of government you have, what circumstances. The kingdoms of the earth had been promised to King Jesus, and we are his ambassadors, telling the world you need to bow, bend the knee, and kiss the sun. And so that idea of occupy till I come, no matter what circumstance. It's kind of like when Paul tells Timothy, preach in season and out of season. In other words, all the time.

When it's convenient, when it's inconvenient, when it's the right time, when it seems to be the wrong time, preach the gospel. Proclaim the Lordship of Christ and do the work that He's called you
