In this Psalm we see the blessings, benefits and beauty of delighting in God’s Word and letting it permeate our hearts and minds. All day, every day we are bombarded by the world’s messages, the world’s ways and the world’s efforts to draw us into the flesh and away from God. Therefore, our only hope to not be drawn in and negatively affected by this is to saturate our lives in God’s Word. Not just reading it, studying it, and applying it - but also delighting in it with our whole hearts. Then, as we grow in our love for God’s Word, we will experience the

blessings of a spiritually fruitful life.
