Turn with me briefly to Hebrews chapter 13. Look at verse 1. Let brotherly love continue. Let brotherly love continue. We Who are Christians are Looked upon by the world as Being the refuse of the world The Apostle Paul used that term something to be thrown out with the garbage.

We are yet a people that know love amongst its members that the world can't begin to know and can't begin to experience. We are called to live in love, and the true Christians do. Then we read in verse 2, be not forgetful to entertain strangers, for thereby some have entertained angels unawares or without knowing it. We are to show hospitality, is what it's talking about, not only to the people of God, but even those outside the family of God for the purpose of giving them the gospel and seeking the good of their souls. And then verse 3, which is the one that came to mind and made me actually turn here, And I was thinking about this passage last night, remember them that are in bonds as bound with them.

We're to remember those who are suffering for the cause of Christ, and are even at this very moment imprisoned in chains for the sake of the gospel. The man who comes to my mind all of the time, and I pray for most every day is Wang Yi out of China. He now has been in a Chinese prison for coming up on four years, hasn't seen his wife or his son in four years. December 9th will be four years, we're to remember them as if we were there with them in that jail cell And those which suffer adversity as being yourselves also in the body But let's remember them Let's pray for them Let's cry out to God for them as we would want others to cry out to God for us if we were in the same situation. Let's not forget them.

Then number four, Marriage is honorable in all. It's to be kept in an honorable state, in the bed undefiled. But whoremongers and adulterers, God will judge. Marriage bed is to be kept pure. And I would speak also to the young men who are not yet married, that you would consider how important it is to keep yourself pure before you enter the marriage bed one day, when you take a wife.

And remember that God does judge the sexually immoral, those who have engaged in sexual relations outside of marriage. And that can be before you're married and it can be while you're married. Sexual relations and sexual activity, of which I would also include sexual self-abuse. Marriage is honorable and the bed is to be undefiled and the sexually immoral God will deal with. And then he says in verse 5, let your conversation, that's your behavior, be without covetousness, without an inordinate desire for gaining things in this world, the material things of this world.

But rather to be content with the things that you have, because God will never leave us or forsake us, and he's our portion in this world and I'll end with that.
